Package ordered may 16th and delivered in Canada on the 21st with taxes already paid, no delay for duty. I have very pleased. !!

Usually excellent service. Ordered 3 sets of jockey wheels which they indicated were in stock. 2 sets were shipped & 1 back ordered. In light of the shortage due to COVID, it’s understandable. Don’t judge Jensen’s performance by the shortages.
Needed my item for an upcoming trip, the part still had not shipped a week later, I made several phone calls and text chats trying to find out why an item that was supposedly in stock and ready to ship had not arrived after my card was immediately charged. I had to locate the part at a bike shop and spend more money, jenson part arrives two weeks later when I’m only located in Northern California and now I have a part I don’t need the day I’m leaving for my trip after I spent hours on the phone, chat, and driving around town looking for it !
I’ve ordered from Jenson before and received near immediate updates and prompt shipping. It’s now the 3rd business day since my order without an update or tracking number. The item i ordered was “in stock” and i was hoping to have it before the weekend but i don’t see that happening now. Update: got a hold of someone and found out the Tennessee warehouse is shut down due to snow which is understandable. I believe the initial communication could be better in just letting the customer know this is going on before they have to call.
ordered the last set of wheels instock on 1/3, emailed that it was shipping on 1/5, tracked on 1/8 says its still waiting pick up, check again on 1/14 and now we have to get UPS involved. Jenson says it shipped, UPS says they never got it. End result I am wheel less, the only other option on their site is substantially more and they never even offed a discount. now I'm searching for 27.5 - 20x110TA & 12x150DH wheel set that's not carbon fiber
